TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 107 OF 2018 By Lawrence Munee Mutune, of P.O. Box 36, Masinga in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Milika James, who died at Katulye, on 15th February, 2014. CAUSE NO. 112 OF 2018 By (1) Justus Mwendwa Kitavi and (2) Julius Kaloki Kitavi, both of P.O. Box 31–90124, Kithimani in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kitavi Muasya, who died at Kithimani, Machakos, on 5th February, 1986. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
