TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 467 OF 2018 By John Kisiangani Makokha, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Vincent Makokha Kisiang’ani, who died at Kholera in 1994. CAUSE NO. 468 OF 2018 By (1) Patrick Palanga Juma and (2) Wilimina Auma Andrew, the deceased’s son and daughter-in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Brodas Juma Palanga alias Juma Palanga, who died at Kholera Sub-location in 1990. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
