TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 3 OF 2016 By (1) Sarah Ndunge Kimolo and (2) Mbithi Kimolo, both of P.O. Box 303, Kikima in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Dominic Kimolo Peter Mulu, late of Kitundu Location, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 27th March, 2013. CAUSE NO. 31 OF 2018 By Agnes Ndululu Willie, of P.O. Box 84, Kikima in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Willie Kinyamasyo Ndambuki, late of Tumaini, who died at St. Mary’s Mission Hospital in Kenya, on 18th September, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
