REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Bernice Kanini Ngotho, (2) Elizabeth Mweni Ngotho and (3) James Muindi Ngotho, as administrators of the estate of Anthony Athanas Ngotho (deceased), are registered as proprietors of all that piece of land known as L. R. No. 1/908 (original No. 1/217/2), situate in the City of Nairobi in the Nairobi Area (upper Hill Estate), by virtue of an indenture of conveyance registered in volume N. 53 folio 36/1 file 16326, and whereas the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed, and whereas efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to proceed with the reconstruction of the property register as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
