THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No. 3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Kenya Railways Corporation a state corporation established under the Kenya Railways Act (chapter 397 of the laws of Kenya), of P.O. Box 30121–00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all those pieces of land known as L. R. Nos. 209/1064/1, 5, 3, and 4, situate in the City of Nairobi in the Nairobi Area, by virtue of an indenture of conveyance registered in volume No. 16 folio 44734 file 2554, and whereas the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed, and whereas efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to proceed with the reconstruction of the property register as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
