WHEREAS Peterson Munene Mwa, of P.O. Box 4431–00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor lessee of all that Flat No. H6 L. R. 9042/685, situate in the city of Nairobi in the Nairobi Area, and whereas the said Equity Bank of Kenya Limited, a limited liability company incorporated in Kenya having its registered office, of P.O. Box 48231–00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, and whereas affidavit(s) have been filled in terms of section 65 (I) (h) of the said Act, declaring the said lease registered as I. R. 112563, is not available for registration, notice is given that after the expiration of fourteen (14) days from the date hereof, provided that no objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said instrument of discharge of charge.
