REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Timothy Muturi Wainaina (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.0592 hectare or thereabouts, known as Nyahururu/Municipality Block 6/514, and whereas in the High Court of Kenya at Kiambu in succession cause No. 35 of 2017, has issued grant of letters of administration to Zipporah Wairimu Muturi Wainaina (ID/25528805), of the estate of THE KENYA GAZETTE 14th December, 2018 4360 4360 Timothy Muturi Wainaina (deceased), and whereas the land title deed issued earlier to Timothy Muturi Wainaina (deceased) has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the instrument R. L. 19 and R. L 7, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to Timothy Muturi Wainaina (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect. Dated the 14th December, 2018.
