THE CONSTITUTION
APPOINTMENT
IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 12 of the
County Governments Act, section 9 (2) and the First Schedule of the
County Assembly Services Act, 2017, and upon approval by the
Bungoma County Assembly in its session held on Wednesday, the 5th
December, 2018 at 2.30 p.m., the Bungoma County Assembly Service
Board appoints—

as the 5th Member of the Bungoma County Assembly Service Board.
