NOTICE is given pursuant to the provisions of section 5 of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to Paul Muite, Victor Budedu, Capital Moving–Prof. Okoth, Christine Apayo, Nickie Thairu, Lucy Kanini, Anne Marie, Mofra Movers– Woria, Lilian, Maryanne Mundia, to collect their household/office goods from Packers and Movers warehouse within fourteen (14) days from the date of this notice upon payment of your debt accrued as warehouse rent plus costs of this action on the date of collection of the said goods.
