WHEREAS Paul Kimani Gatanga (ID/13433974), of P.O. Box 117, Kangari in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all those pieces of land containing 0.041, 0.041, 1.074 and 1.074 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Murang’a, registered under title Nos. Loc. 2/Makomboki/892, 893, 894 and 895, respectively, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deeds issued thereof have been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue new title deeds provided that no objection has been received within that period.
