WHEREAS (1) Joseph Murage Kinja (ID/0316655), (2) George Warui Njoroge (ID/2968438) and (3) James Nganga Hika (ID/3552168), on behalf of Mumui Self-help group, are registered as proprietors in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.071 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of THE KENYA GAZETTE 29th March, 2018 834 834 Naivasha, registered under title No. Naivasha/Mwichiringiri Block 4/4261, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deed issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new title deed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
