REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Ruiru Greens Limited, a limited liability company incorporated in the Republic of Kenya, of P.O. Box 60063–00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 28318/1391 (Original No. 2318/1330/63), situate in Ruiru Municipality in Thika District, by virtue of a certificate of title registered as I.R. 163188, and whereas the land register in respect thereof is lost and efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to proceed with the reconstruction of the property register as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
