REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Hudson Moffat Kamau, of P.O. Box 8227–00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 1.075 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Laikipia, registered under title No. Tigithi/Matanya Block 3/512 (Matanya Centre), and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register (Green card) issued in respect of the said parcel of land has been lost/misplaced, and efforts made to locate the said green card and white card have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall reconstruct the lost green card as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
