REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Mutuku Ngei Masaku and (2) Harris Mutio Mule, the beneficial owners of that piece of land situate in the district of Kwale, registered under title No. Kwale/Bumbani “A”/670, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the green card of the said piece of land is lost, and whereas all efforts made to locate it have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided that no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to issue a new green card.
