REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Charles Kuria Njoroge (ID/6632813), of P.O. Box 969–20100, Nakuru in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.1390 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Nakuru, registered under title No. Nakuru/Municipality Block 17/255, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the white card of the said piece of land is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided that no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to reconstruct a new white card provided no objection has been received within that period.
