the following special regulatory measures are complied with during the tariff period without fail: (a) All Board Committee, Board Meeting or ad hoc Board Meeting shall be attended by WASREB. (b) The WSP shall submit a weekly income and expenditure report to WASREB. (c) The WSP shall submit bank reconciliation certificates to WASREB on a monthly basis and not later than the 15th day of the following month. (d) The WSP budget to be aligned to the approved tariff.
