NOTICE is given pursuant to section 6 and 7 of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act, (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, notice is given to (1) General Rift Valley Auctioneers, to collect their goods stored under card No. G9064, (2) Kenya Women Finance Trust, to collect their goods under card No. G9112, (3) Domicile Auctioneers, to collect their goods under card No. G9099, (4) Nairobi Connection Services Auctioneers, to collect their goods under card No. G8988, (5) Purple Royal Auctioneers, to collect their goods under card No. G8923, (6) Muhatiah Pala Auctioneers, to collect their goods under card No. G9148 and (7) Icon Auctioneers, to collect their motor vehicle stored under card No. V7728 (KAZ 115A, Honda CRV), all lying uncollected at the premises of Pangani Auction Centre, along Murang’a Road, opposite Guru Nanak Hospital, Nairobi, further notice is given that unless the goods are collected within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice and upon payment to Pangani Auction Centre all the storage charges and any other incidental costs including cost of publication of this notice, the same shall be disposed by way of public auction.
