NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 26th May, 2017, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1465, in Volume DI, Folio 43/606, File No. MMXVIII, by our client, Chepkirui Sharon, of P.O. Box 22–20210, Litein in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Chepkirui Edinah, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Chepkirui Edinah and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Chepkirui Sharon, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Chepkirui Sharon only.
