NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 6th March, 2018, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1285, in Volume DI, Folio 72/1102, File No. MMXVIII, by our client, George James Kangethe Ndonga, of P.O. Box 33351–00600, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as George James Kireru Kangethe, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name George James Kireru Kangethe and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name George James Kangethe Ndonga, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name George James Kangethe Ndonga only.
