Box 66232– 00800, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Anne Teresa Nyawira Miriga, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Anne Teresa Nyawira Miriga and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Anne Teresa Nyawira, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Anne Teresa Nyawira only.
