APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 40 (1) (a) of the Unclaimed Financial Assets Act, the Cabinet Secretary for the National Treasury appoints— Ngeny Biwott Gabriel Karanja Njenga to be members of the Board of the Unclaimed Financial Assets Authority, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 19th December, 2018.
