APPOINTMENT
IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by paragraph 1 of the
schedule to the Irrigation Act, the Cabinet Secretary for Agriculture,
Livestock, Fisheries and Irrigation appoint—

to be members of the National Irrigation Board, for a period of three
