APPOINTMENT
IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 3 (3) (d) of the
Export Processing Zones Act, the Cabinet Secretary for Industry,
Trade and Co-operatives appoints—
REGINA G. MWATHA
to be a member of the Board of Export Processing Zones Authority,
for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 14th December,
2018.
