IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by Articles 88 (4) (d) and (e) of the Constitution of Kenya, sections 13 (3), 31 (1), (2B) and (2C) of the Elections Act, 2011 and Regulations 13B of the Elections General Regulations, 2012, the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission gives notice to the public that the persons listed in the first and second column of the First, Second and Third Schedules stand to contest in the party primaries to be held on the dates specified in the last column of the First, Second and Third Schedules, for purposes of the By-Election of Member of the National Assembly, Baringo South Constituency, and County Assembly Members of North Kadem Ward and Bobasi Chache Wards in Migori and Kisii County Assemblies, respectively.
