IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by Paragraph (1) of the Schedule of the Valuers Act, the Cabinet Secretary for Lands and Physical Planning appoints— Under paragraph (c) — Isaac Nyoike 19th October, 2018 THE KENYA GAZETTE to be a member of the Valuers Registration Board, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 20th June, 2018. Under paragraph (d)— Ruth Okal to be a member of the Valuers Registration Board, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 22nd July, 2018. Under paragraph (b)— Herbert Were to be a member of the Valuers Registration Board, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 3rd July, 2018. Dated the 3rd September, 2018.
