THE NATIONAL POLICE SERVICE ACT
DECLARATION
IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 106 (1) of the
National Police Service Act, the Cabinet Secretary, Ministry of
Interior and Co-ordination of National Government, in consultation
with the National Security Council, declares Cheptais Sub-county in
Bungoma County as Disturbed and Dangerous Area.
This notice shall take effect from the date of publication and shall
remain in force for a period of ninety (90) days subject to revocation
and/or extension.
