DECLARATION
IN EXERCISE of powers conferred by section 106 (1) of the
National Police Service Act (No. 11A of 2011), the Cabinet Secretary,
Ministry of Interior Co-ordination of National Government, in
consultation with the National Security Council, extends the
declaration of Cheptais Sub-County in Bungoma County, as Disturbed
and Dangerous for a period of thirty (30) days from 7th June, 2018 to
6th July, 2018 and shall remain in force subject to revocation and/or
extension.
