APPROVAL
IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 117 (2) (a) of
the Insurance Ant, the Insurance Regulatory Authority approves the
transfer of the medical insurance, business following the scheme of
transfer dated the 31st December 2018 between The Jubilee Insurance
Company of Kenya Limited (transferor) and Jubilee Health Insurance
Limited (transferee).
