IN EXERCISE of powers conferred by Article 179 (1) and (6) of the Constitution of Kenya, 2010 and further, in accordance with section 30 (2) (a) and (e) and section 31 (d) of the County Government Act, 2012, I, Moses Kasaine Lenolkulal, Governor of Samburu County, re-assign the person named in the second column of Schedule A, to the member of the Samburu County Executive Committee responsible for the matters respectively specified in the third column of Schedule A. Further, in accordance with Article 179 (1) and (2) (a) of the Constitution of Kenya, 2010 and pursuant to section 45 (5) as read with 30 (2) (a), (3) (e), (f) and section 31 (c) and (d) of the County Governments Act, 2012, the following County Chief Officers are re-assigned as stated in Schedule B: SCHEDULE A: CEC MEMBER Name Executive Committee Department Irene Senei Leluata Water, Environment, Natural Resources and Energy SCHEDULE B: CHIEF OFFICERS Name Department Andrew Ropilo Lanyasunya Water, Environment, Natural Resources and Energy Wilson Maili Lekoomet Gender, Culture and Social Services Date the 25th November, 2019.
