REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Patrick Wainaina Gakaria, of P.O. Box 47, Kikuyu in the Republic of Kenya, is the registered proprietor of all that property known as Muguga/Muguga/1165, situate in the district of Kiambu, and whereas the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed, and efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall proceed and reconstruct the lost green card and white card as provided under section 33 (1) (5) of the Act provide that no valid objection has been received within that period.
