REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Gideon Kabuthi Marna, as administrator of the estate of Catherine Muthoni Kariuki (deceased), of P.O. Box 52257, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor lessee of all that piece of land known L. R. No. 8285/547, situate in Nairobi Area in Nairobi District, by virtue of a lease registered as I.R. 33906/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said lease has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
