REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Irine Wanjiru Kamau, as administrator of the estate of John Kamau Kiarie (deceased), of P.O. Box 97263-80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor lessee from James Mbotela for a term of 99 years, from 1st May, 1985, subject to Annual Rent of Peppercorn (if demanded) of all that piece of land known as Plot No. 4312/I/MN, situate in Mombasa Municipality in the district of Mombasa, registered as C.R. 18659, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of lease issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new provisional certificate of lease provided that no objection has been received within that period.
