WHEREAS Florence Waruguru Ng'ayu, of P.O. Box 21380- 00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, as administratrix of the estate of Obadiah Karuga Ng'ayu (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that property known as L.R. No. 1705/266, situate in the district of Kilifi, registered as C.R. 28677, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
