WHEREAS William Gathogo Kimani (ID/7980035), is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all those pieces of land containing 0.056, 0.049, 0.049, 0.049, 0.049, 0.042, 0.042, 0.042, 0.042, 0.042 and 0.044 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Kajiado, registered under title Nos. Kajiado/Kaputiei-North/39697, 39698, 39701, 39702, 39703, 39704, 39705, 39706, 39707, 39708 and 39709, respectively, and whereas sufficient evidence have been adduced to show that the land title deeds issued thereof have been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue new land title deeds providelthat no objection has been received within that period.
