REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Peter Kinyua Kariithi (ID/24842943) and (2) Nicholas Mwaniki Muturi (ID/21971404), both of P.O. Box 357- 10400, Nanyuki in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors in absolute ownership interest of all that piece eff land containing 0.041 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Laikipia, registered under title No. Laikipia/Tigithi Matanya Block 111/1935 (Matanya Centre), and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deed issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new land title deed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
