REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Masha Birya Dena, is registered as proprietor in leasehold interest of all that piece of land known as MN/III/1318, pursuant to decree issued on 4th April, 2018 in ELC no. 155 of 2013, and whereas the High Court in Mombasa in the same suit issued an order dated 9th October, 2019, nullifying the registration of Masha Birya Dena as the proprietor, and whereas the court has ordered a notice for nullification be issued, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, I intend to expunge the registration of the said Masha Birya Dena as the proprietor hereof and upon such expulsion the title issued to Masha Birya Dena, Shall be deemed as null and void and incapable of transferring any interest in the suit land and further that the correct and genuine title to the land, shall be one held by Dopp Investments Limited.
