REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Isaac Gathungu Wanjohi and (2) Isabella Nyaguthii Wanjohi, both of P.O. Box 40370-00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors of all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 28/1 (Original No. 28/6/1), situate in the City of Nairobi in Nairobi Area, by virtue of an Indenture of Conveyance registered in Volume N60 Folio 426/2 File 19305, and whereas the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed, and whereas efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the property register shall be reconstructed as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
