THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) George Mbugua Nganga and (2) Joseph Kangethe Nganga, as administrators of the estate of Patricia Nyambura w/o Ng'ang'a (deceased), the registered proprietor of all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 36/1/7, situate in Eastleigh Area in Nairobi District, by virtue of an Indenture of Conveyance registered in Volume N22 Folio 37/10 File 6381, and whereas the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed, and whereas efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the property register shall be reconstructed as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
