REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Isaac Hunja Karinja (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 1.01 and 0.48 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Nyeri, known as Kirimukuyu/Mbogoini/973 and Kirimukuyu/Gachuiro/26, respectively, and whereas the Judge in the High Court of Kenya at Nyeri in succession cause no. 540 of 2015, has ordered that the piece of land be transferred to (1) Jane Njeri Hunja and (2) Daniel Ndegwa Hunja, and whereas the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land is lost or cannot be traced, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and issue land title deed to the said (1) Jane Njeri Hunja and (2) Daniel Ndegwa Hunja, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Isaac Hunja Karinja (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
