REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Fatuma Mohamed Maryaka, (2) Omani Mohamed Tate, (3) Kombo Mohamed Maryaka and (4) Rashid Mohamed Mariaka, as administrators of the estate of Mohamed Omar Mariaka (deceased), who is the registered owner of that piece of land situate in the district of Kwale, registered under title No. Kwale/Diani/137, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the green card issued thereof is lost, effort to trace it have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new green card, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
