WHEREAS Kimeli K. Chemjor (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Maji Tamu/Chemasis Block 3/56 (Muragishu), situate in the district of Nakuru, and whereas the High Court in succession cause no. 95 of 2017, has issued a grant in favour of Benjamin Kiboino Kuto, and whereas the said court has executed an application to be registered as proprietor by transmission of R.L. 19, and whereas the title deed in respect of Kimeli K. Chemjor (deceased) is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been 22nd November, 2019 THE KENYA GAZETTE 4575 expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said instrument of transfer and issue a land title deed to the said (1) Oluoch Olunga and (2) Ouma Olungo, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to George Edwin Otieno, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
