THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Michael Omondi Onyango, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as parcel No. South Ogenya/Simenya/33, situate in the district of Ugunja, and whereas the environment and land court at Kisumu ELC Civil Case No. 262 of 2016, has ordered that the said piece of land be transferred to (1) Obonyo Awich, (2) Onyango Masawa and (3) Michael Ragudua, and whereas the Executive Officer of the said Court executed an instrument of transfer in favour of (1) Obonyo Awich, (2) Onyango Masawa and (3) Michael Ragudua, and whereas all efforts made to compel the registered proprietors to surrender the land title deed issued to the Land Registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, I shall proceed with the registration of the said instrument of transfer and issue the said title deed to (1) Opondo Magudha, (2) Joseph Okech Magudha, (3) Nicholas Onyiego Magudha, (4) Ezekiel Ohon and (5) James Onyango, and upon such registration the green card issued earlier to the proprietors, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
