REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Okode Ngare, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 1.0 hectare or thereabouts, known as Kotieno Kokech, situate in the district of Rachuonyo, registered under title No. 417, whereas the title deed issued to him got lost and effort to trace the said title deed have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said title deed to read Okode Ngare.
