THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No. 3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS David Kiprotich Koech, of P.O. Box 689, Kericho in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land situate in the district of Kericho, known as Kericho/Kapsuser/1962, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Nairobi, under the Anti-Corruption and Economic Crimes Court in case No. 18 of 2016, vide a decree directing that the said piece of land be sold by auction and whereas Messrs. Valley Auctioneers conducted the auction on the 29th April, 2019 and whereas Mutai Hardware Stores Limited was the highest bidder and the Ethics and Anti- Corruption Commission has signed the transfer to the said Mutai Hardware Stores Limited, and whereas all efforts made to trace the said land title deed have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and issue a land title deed to the said Mutai Hardware Stores Limited, and upon such registration, the land title deed issued to the said David Kiprotich Koech, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
