GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 11021

NOTICE is given that a general meeting of the members of Sepyana Oil East Africa Limited held on the 5th November, 2019, the following special resolution was duly passed: "The Company be would up as a members' voluntary liquidation and that Julius Ngumbau Mwengei, holder of Insolvency Practitioner Licence No. OR/IP/021 and of P.O. Box 60364-00200, Nairobi, be and is appointed liquidator of the company. Creditors of the company are required on or before the 5th December, 2019, to send full particulars of all the claims they may have against the company to the undersigned, the liquidator of the Company, and if so required by notice in writing from the liquidator, personally or by his advocates, to come in and prove their debts or claims set out in such notice, or in default thereof, they may be excluded from the benefit of any distributions made before such debts are proved.
