NOTICE is issued pursuant to the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to the owner of Landcruiser V8 Chassis No. FN. HDJ101 00277638M.KR HDJ101K RNAGZ, to collect the said motor vehicle from the premises of Balubhai Garage, Ndia Kuu Road, Mombasa, within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice, upon proof of ownership and payment of outstanding bills, accumulated storage charges, the cost/expenses of this publication and any other balances/expenses and or incidental costs, failure to which the said motor vehicle shall be disposed off under the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act by public auction through Jenebys Auction without any further reference to the owners.
