NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 19th July, 2019, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. 243, in Volume B-13, Folio 1965/14724, File No. 1637, by our client, Najaa Yasin Abdallah Swaleh, of P.O. Box 32-80200, Malindi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Najjir Mohamed Abdalla, formally and absolutely renounced-and abandoned the use of his former name Najjir Mohamed Abdalla, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Najaa Yasin Abdallah Swaleh, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Najaa Yasin Abdallah Swaleh only.
