NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 8th October, 2019, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. 357, in Volume B-13, Folio 1966/14737, File No. 1637, by our client, Swaleh Breik Misfar al Amefi, of P.O. Box 82439-80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Swaleh Breik Misfar, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Swaleh Breik Misfar, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Swaleh Breik Misfar al Ameri, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Swaleh Breik Misfar al Ameri only.
