NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 20th August, 2019, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 388, in Volume DI, Folio 223/4203, File No. MMXIX, by our client, Emmy Jepngetich, of P.O. Box 166, Kabiyet in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Emmy Jepngetich Kiplimo, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Emmy Jepngetich Kiplimo, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Emmy Jepngetich, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Emmy Jepngetich only.
