NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 12th June, 2018, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 455, in Volume DI, Folio 235/4311, File No. MMXIX, by our client, Mohammed Kanga Salim, formerly known as Mohammed Mbogo Mwangi, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Mohammed Mbogo Mwangi, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Mohammed Kanga Salim, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Mohammed Kanga Salim only.
